Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Europe, the UK, the US and Canada.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location.

How long does processing take?
Processing time is 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached.

How do I request a return?
Just email us at hello@zanaselfwear.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do you accept exchanges?
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges (including for different colors or sizes).
If you’d like a different item, simply request a return and place a new order.


Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your pieces stretchy?
Yes — ZANA Self-Wear uses soft, flexible fabrics designed to adapt to your body.


Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible — once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and all secure payment methods available at checkout.
