Refund policy
At ZANA, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.
Because we work with trusted production and fulfillment partners, refunds and replacements follow the guidelines below.
EU & ITALIAN CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located in the European Union (including Italy) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@zanaselfwear.com within 14 days of delivery. The return window extends over weekends and public holidays.
Return shipping:
- Items returned due to a change of mind — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A flat fee of €5 (Italy) or €8 (other EU countries) applies.
- Items returned due to a manufacturing defect — please contact us first with a photo of the defect. We will cover return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or full refund, at your choice.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
US CUSTOMERS
US customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by a return request submitted within the 7-day window
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or manufacturing defect.
Returns not meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item being received.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded (except in cases of manufacturing defects):
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Intimates & lingerie
- Jewelry
- Beauty products
- Face masks
Note: EU customers retain their statutory rights under the EU legal guarantee for defective goods, regardless of the above.
EU 2-YEAR LEGAL GUARANTEE
EU customers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all products. If your item is defective or not as described, contact us at hello@zanaselfwear.com and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
