Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it requires 2–5 business days for processing and fulfillment.
This timeframe may vary depending on product availability and order volume.


Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your destination:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Delays due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues are outside our control.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff

  2. Contact the carrier directly

ZANA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.


Customs Fees & Import Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Multiple Shipments

Items in your order may arrive separately if they are fulfilled by different partner facilities.
You will receive separate tracking numbers in this case.
